Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

• International Shipping: Standard International (7-14 business days)

Shipping Rates
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount (check our homepage for current promotions).
International Orders & Customs
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Cpherre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
• If your package is significantly delayed, contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Returns/Refunds
At Cpherre, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’re happy to make it right.
Order Issues & Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery:
• Incorrect item or size received
• Damaged or defective product
To process your request, please email us with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the item and packaging
3. A brief description of the issue
Resolution Options
• If the issue is verified, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
• If the item is out of stock, we’ll provide a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
• All swimwear sales are final due to hygiene reasons.
• We do not accept returns for style preferences or change of mind.
Additional Notes
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
